Why is Internet Explorer 6 bad?

Internet Explorer 6 is really old. It was released in 2001, and since then the Internet has moved on. IE6 hasn't.

The Web changes. New technologies replace old ones, and that gives new exciting possibilities in a way websites are built and browsed. That's why web browsers are updated: to be able to handle this new stuff.

IE6 is outdated - there are dozens of tricks to make it do what web developers like myself want it to do, but firstly, it requires tremendous amount of time we could spend on creating beautiful new projects for our clients (like you!), and secondly, there isn't a trick for everything. Some new technologies are just impossible for IE6 to handle, in any way, no matter how hard we try.

There are many other browsers that give us - website developers - better possibilities, and that give you - Web user - new features which make browsing the Web much more comfortable. Why don't you give them a try?
